English 360° Partner Criteria

Partners must adhere to specific criteria as outlined below:

1. Quality as a Training Organization (Qualiopi, DIRECCTE): Partners must meet the quality standards required as a training organization, which may include certifications like Qualiopi and recognition by DIRECCTE (French regional labor authorities).

2. Quality of Professional English Training Programs: The quality of their programs as professional English training must be up to industry standards.

3. Pricing Compliance: The cost of the training should align with sector norms, and continuous monitoring is conducted.

4. Historically Office-related Training Organizations: Organizations historically focused on office-related activities must demonstrate a commitment to English training and adhere to a minimum percentage of live training sessions with an experienced English trainer (at the discretion of the committee). Continuous monitoring applies.

5. Historically 100% E-Learning Providers: Organizations historically offering 100% e-learning programs will be closely monitored. English 360° requires a minimum of 10% of training sessions to be conducted with an experienced English trainer. This criterion is evaluated case by case.

6. Adherence to English 360° Ethical Standards: Organizations must adhere to the ethical standards set by English 360°.

Training Program:

- Programs should focus on professional English.

- Materials and content should align with the program's objectives and the learner's level.

- E-learning programs should be tailored to prepare for the English 360° certification, including guidance from an experienced English trainer and webinars. This criterion is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Program Content:

The program should prepare learners for all the skills required for the English 360 certification, including:

- Oral communication in a professional context

- Speaking in a professional context

- Listening comprehension during professional activities

- Reading comprehension during professional activities

- Written expression in a professional context

Trainer Quality:

- Trainers must have a CV demonstrating their expertise in professional English.

- They should have experience in the professional and business world beyond training.

- A TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or similar certification demonstrating expertise and the ability to train in professional English is required.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in training employees or job seekers in professional English.

The committee continuously verifies the following:

- Training sessions are displayed on MCF (Mon Compte Formation).

- Offers of professional English training on MonCompteFormation and their content.

- The titles of training offers on MonCompteFormation must align with the field of professional English.

- The organization registers the learner for the English 360° certificate when the training status is "in progress" on EDOF (Espace Des Organismes de Formation).

- Proper use of the English 360° logo on the partner's website.

- Adherence to the quality standards of professional English training programs.

- Pricing compliance with sector norms (continuous monitoring).

- Verification of the organization's address.

- Verification of all provided URL links, including the website (mandatory) and others on a case-by-case basis (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).

- Organizations with less than 12 months of activity are monitored on a case-by-case basis."
