In order to comply with our regulations (see section 2.1 Rules of use - Partnership contract) for CPF-eligible training courses, our partners must sign-up the trainee and purchase a credit for each certificate when the CPF training course enters "in training" status on the EDOF platform.

💡When you sign a candidate up for the exam, you get a proof of registration which proves you are in compliance with the CdD regulations, that the date the candidate will receive the invite is automatically set to the training end date you provide in EDOF for the CdD. This date may be modified at any time so that you can control when your candidate will receive the test link.

The Partner must follow the procedure below from the English 360° dashboard once an English 360° training course enters "in training" status on the EDOF platform:

a. Enter the surname, first name and e-mail address of the trainee associated with the course;

b. Enter the EDOF training file number corresponding to the trainee and his/her training cycle;

c. Enter the start date and end date of the training communicated on the EDOF platform ;

👉 Note:

i. This step requires a credit;

ii. If no credit is purchased, the English 360° certificate cannot be scheduled.
