Can I get a refund for an English 360° test?
As a general rule, refunds are not possible for English 360° when used for CPF purposes.
We will refund the credit for the English 360° exam in the case of:
Mistaken certificate signup: If you accidentally signed your candidate up for the English 360° exam and have EDOF screenshots to justify your error, we will cancel and credit your account.
In all other instances, whether the trainee takes the certification or not, the test is paid for and non-refundable (Article 3.5 Conditions Générales de Vente). The advance payment to English 360° meets the Client's obligation to use reasonable means to ensure that the certification process is completed.
Please note that certification is the key criterion for making a training program eligible for CPF funds. CPF aims to professionalize skills, which must result in their certification. When trainees fund their training with CPF, they are using public funds, which implies the obligation to complete the entire training program and achieve certification of their skills.

Furthermore, the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Caisse des Dépôts (CdD) are explicit: they state that the Caisse des Dépôts may request reimbursement of the training costs from the trainee.
Purchasing a certificate is a legal obligation for accessing CPF funds for training. CPF funds are disbursed regardless of whether the training is completed or not. The unauthorized use of these funds may result in severe consequences. As a certification body, we are mandated to monitor the use of these funds and report any potential instances of illegal usage.
The cost of the certificate encompasses both legal obligations and the services required to maintain a certification platform under France Compétences regulations. These services include securing the legal right to publicize training offerings on a governmental site (MonCompteFormation), monitoring the utilization of Partenaires and fraud prevention, submitting mandatory statistics to Caisse de Dépôts, and maintaining the certification platform to France Compétences requirements.
Obligations Regarding France Compétences
A trainee needs to be able to validate their skills at the end of a training program funded by the CPF. Each time a CPF application is approved, we are responsible for providing France Compétences with a certification number, whether the certificate has been obtained or not.
Training organizations and certifying bodies, such as English 360°, may be questioned if they fail to meet their obligations to France Compétences.
As a result, audits conducted by the CDC and France Compétences will aim to evaluate our effectiveness as a certifying body in validating the skills of trainees.
On the other hand, training organizations are also evaluated based on the percentage of trainees enrolled in training and the percentage of trainees who have obtained their certification.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing one or more credits, according to the terms of Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.
If the Customer decides to use one or more credits purchased before the end of the fourteen (14) days, the Customer will no longer be able to exercise their right of withdrawal.
